I graduated from Globe University in Sioux Falls in 2010 with an Associate in Applied Science degree in massage therapy.
I prefer giving therapeutic massages over relaxation massages. However, I believe in giving a gentler massage, favoring positional release over deep tissue. Positional release is a technique that involves passively moving muscles into a shorter position. By doing so, the muscles are able to "reset" themselves. My clients are usually in pain when they come to see me. They do not need to be in pain because of the massage I give them.
Outside of massage, I am very passionate about animals (especially horses, dogs, and chickens) and helping veterans through my membership in the American Legion Auxiliary and involvement in Mission 22.
